The 3.5mm stereo audio cables from Cables To Go are specifically designed for quality computer audio applications. The 3.5mm cable connects the PC sound card, portable CD player or any mini-stereo audio device with 3.5mm jacks to multimedia speakers. The cable features two 29-gauge stranded conductors and a drain wire, which are tinned to resist oxidation. The conductors and drain wire are wrapped with an Aluminum foil shield to resist noise and interference.

this was the worst thing i have bought on amazon. each cord lasted about 2 days they shorted out and after the thired day i could not use them at all
It is thick and sturdy. These are just normal aux cables nothing real stunning about them. The thing that stands out is the plastic casing of the cables. The cable works fine and does what it is supposed to do (transfer sound). No leaks or connector issues.Great price.
I bought this cable to connect my iPhone 3G to the AUX input on my car's head unit, and it works perfectly. I am aware that there is a subtle difference between the 3.5 mm jack designed to fit an Apple product and the 3.5 mm jack used for almost every other application imaginable, but this cable works very well in my application. Delivery was prompt and I am very pleased with both the product and the seller.
I connected this cable between my car's aux audio jack and my phone. Worked great. I've had it for several months now and it hasn't had any problems even after daily plug-in/outs. Given the price, I'm sure "mileage may vary".
Works excellent in my car with ipod shuffle. When I move the cord around there is some static. I haven't had any problems other than the static.
